Central West vets golf report for game played at Wellington January 19
Hi everyone,
Congratulations to all members of Central West vets’ golf for the way you are supporting veterans golf. You set a record attendance at Oberon with 83 players last week and you done it again at Wellington when 78 players showed up for the round. We looked good for over 80 but a few late cancellations stopped us from doing so.
It is always a pleasure playing at Wellington and today was not different.
We were cordially welcome by Marie and her group of helpers with an excellent morning tea and the light lunch after the game provided by the caterers was highly appreciated by all players
The course in very condition with well grassed fairways and excellent greens which reflected on the very good scores on the day

Next Central West vets’ game will be at Blayney on Monday February 2.
Starting tee-time sheet is now open on our website www.cwvetsgolf.com
Blayney is a nine-hole course and numbers are limited so make sure that if you put your name down you show up for the game. If for an unforeseen reason you need to pull out, please do it early so that someone else can take your place.
Good golfing everyone
