Presentation of 2021-22 Reports

The President, Treasurer and Secretary reports as posted on the association’s website www.cwvetsgolf.com were accepted by the meeting.

There were no businesses raised from the reports.

Election of officers

The following members were elected to the association’s executive positions

President - John Cowell

Treasurer – Ian Kind to be confirmed

General Business

1. Question regarding game fees for 2023

Manuel Pro informed the meeting that the association has not received any correspondence from host club in this regard.

As the game fees were increased by 20% in 2022 it was expected that host clubs would maintain the present game fee of $30 with a light lunch for 2023.

2. It was approved by the meeting that a letter be sent to Duntryleague golf club for the purpose of renegotiating the present game fee of $25 with no lunch that applies to their allocated games.

3. It was approved by the meeting to continue the practice of providing four rounds of golf to each of the participating host clubs. At their own request, Molong golf club will have three rounds
